Highly unethical way of doing business by Reliance NetConnect 4G

I am holding a Reliance NetConnect connection for more than 7 years now. Recently Rcom moved from CDMA to 4G after creating lot of hype about it. I was asked to opt for 4G stating on a mail about no change in plan for some time. Then 4G finally got activated on my connection and then I come to know Rcom has arbitrarily changed my plan to 5GB for 1099 from a plan which was Truly Unlimited for 1099. I could understand if they would have applied some CAP on truly unlimited plan with switch to 4G. But here they altogether changed my plan and that too without informing me in anyway (no email, no SMS). This is highly unethical specially when they mailed me telling to convert to 4G without any change in plan. I am really very angry with this. Seems we don't have any system in place to check this kind of mal-practice by companies like Rcom. Anyways, while I am exploring my options to get Rcom to rectify this and in case if they don't then other legal options available. Meanwhile I would certainly not advise anyone to subscribe to their services as they simply don't care for the customer.
