Fake product delivered complaint issue with Justdeal.com

I have ordered a combo of two watches pricing Rs.947 including the delivery charges on 17.11.2017 in an offer by the online site of justdeal.com with product order no.858544436151936 that displayed the images of two branded fastrack watches but when the product was delivered on 02.12.2017 it was just a fake copy of the product of a fake company named 'fasfrack' on the watch. When I complained them, they had replied with an unsatisfactory email stating the product as genuine and checked by their QC team. I hereby ask to complaint against them and refund my money.
