I placed a order of Samsung galaxy m20 on Amazon.com when I receive a parcel (20feb) I found data cable adapter and many user guide pages. But handset not found. I called on Amazon help center. They told me your problem solve in 4 days. After 4 days I called on help center, they told me we are not able to replace and refund.
