Defrauding Consumers by not delivering Food after Payment

Have been facing issue with Swiggy on multiple instances where they just refund the money with delivering on the food and having delivered wrong food.Have raised the issue on multiple instances but there is no corrective measures being taken.The consumer is being subjected uneccrsary trauma By Swiggy with its fake promises of corrective action.

They need confirmation for refund even after knowing that they have not delivered the order.They keep the money for 3-5 days for processing time.
