Geyser in warranty and not working, but still not replacing or repairing the product

Hi,
I purchased Kenstar geyser around one year back and it has two year warranty on product and 5 year warranty on the tank, suddenly one day tank started to leak and I registered the complain, first they said that they will repair it but they were unable to repair it, now it more than 2 months but still they have not taken any action, they are saying that they have initiated for replacement but nothing has happened till now, please look into it
