I have been visiting BENL Customer care point at main office but they are never working.
I went there at 5:20p.m. and was told that office is closed and it opens at 9:00am.
I reached at 9:20 and there's nobody working. The same person told me it will open at 10.
As a working person, we to have to reach our office.
What is the working time of customer care office?
