Jainmatrimony.com not refunding the amount

In regards to subject, i had registered myself as free member on the above website. So eventually i got a call from there representative to upgrade my account to premium membership. I had denied initially however on repeated call and giving extra benefits i had agreed for pack of 4500 Rs.
1) Initially service was proposed to us with some added benefits and few of verbal commitments were given by Jainmatrimony.com upon which we had trusted and had made a payment for the service. Once payment was done and few days’ trial it was observed that the verbal commitments were not at all full filled and there were few false commitments as well from the sales lady and so for the unsatisfied service we had requested jainmatrimony.com to stop the service immediately and give us a refund based on pro-data consumption. On repeated discussion they had reverted us that they will refund the entire amount if i raise a chargeback request with the credit card company.
2) Accordingly i had raised a charge back request. But to my surprise Jainmatrimony.com guys had smartly denied the chargeback request stating that consumer is already using the website and refund is not possible. Now on calling the jainmatrimony guys (vide tel. No - 08144778866) giving reference id as JAI 360655 they are confirming that refund is already processed by them and there is no delay from there end. Please you yourself try on above number.
3) On calling the website again and again i still have no response nor is the sales girl responding. These all process is 6 Months old still on calling the website personals (vide tel. No - 08144778866) giving reference id as JAI 360655 they are confirming that refund is already processed by them & on writing mails on mail id- customercare@jainmatrimony.com they are still replying the same line refund is already processed or under process etc. Framing things to avoid payback. (Complain no- ticket no- CBS 9973996)
I would request all users not to get premium memberships on verbal commitments from these fraud website.
