I have taken paid membership of the portal jeevansathi.com and I was given the commitment that I will be able to view the contact details of 75 profiles but after 2 profiles I checked, I start getting the message from all the profiles that “you can’t view the contact details as you are filtered”
I have reported the error on 24th June to the website and got a response that they will contact me within 24 hours but I got no revert. I tried to call their toll free and other numbers but they are dropping the call after a message that “ thanks for calling jeevansathi.com”. I reached out their online customer support and they told me that there is a glitch and they are resending my concerns to their technical team but as of today I have not received any resolution.
I have also tried to contact their local office number and the executive said something very different, she told that there is no glitch at all and if any profile has set filters against me, I may not be able to view the contact details of such profiles. She also told me that in such cases I will get the criteria on which I am being filtered by any such profile, I have told the executive that I am not getting any such criteria but a plain message that the profile has filtered me. I don’t even know the reason. She gave me two different mail ids and told me to drop a mail and I will get a resolution, but even after doing that I have not received any solution of the problem. Also, different statements from different customer care executives putting a doubt that the portal has deliberated won the paid membership and now not fulfilling the commitments under plan.
I have also asked the local executive that if filtering is the reason, is there any feature on the portal through which I can see those profiles whom filter I am matching so that it will be easy for me to view the contact details of only a set of profiles instead of surfing thousands available on the portal, she simply denied that there is no such feature available.
This is a clear case of fraud by the website to drain the money under their bugged plans. Had I been told about the limitation of the website I would not have taken the paid membership at all. Request intervention in the case.
