Fraud By website chargekart.com complain for recharge videocon d2h

I had done transaction on 22nd June with one thousand rupees(recharge videocon d2h). The 1000rs has been debited from account but no rechargeD done.Then many times i try to recharge with that money(WALLET MONEY) but everytime its transaction failed.The
contact no mention in the website is out of service and i wrote mail(Info@ChargeKart.Com) to them many times but no reply from there side.

This is completly no working website , if u your self doing any recharge of any amount , no any recharge will be done , but always money will debited from your account.Please lookout this website as many users can be frauded like i was. Thank u in advance

    I did recharge of 896. amount deducted but no recharge done. I retry 100s of times but fails immediately. contacted support but no reply and phone number is Out of service. Has anyone taken any legal action against this?
