Hello,
I booked bus tickets on 16/05/2016 for Ujjain aprox 9:30 p.m but b'coz of wrong timing I request to cancel that tickets at aprox 11:30 pm. As per cancellation rules of this website if I cancel the tickets under 0-12 hrs 100% amount will be refundable. but in my case they deduct aprox 50% of the booking amount.I already sent so many mails for this but their response is too bad.so please help me and taking action against this.
