Cancellation of Order Samsung Galaxy J7 on the website AMAZON.in

There were offers 7th 8th July, 2016 by AMAZON.in. I found one product - Samsung Galaxy J7 on the website with very good price and I ordered that by using my debit card as there was offer that If i Use my debit card, then I will get 10 percent cashback/discount. order 171-9879157-6665121. After about 1 week I received email that my order got cancelled and my money will be refunded. I know that my money will be refunded but now that offer is over if i want to place new order and so, I will ended up paying more price for the item which I ordered. Amazon.in is trying fool the consumers by showing the tempting offers which can not be fulfilled by them. Now if I will have to place new order, why I should pay more????
