Reguarding no service provided by motorola company via its service centre for repair

i have purchased motorola g 3rd generation of motorola company from flipkart on 4th august 2015 . the screen got broken on 16th may 2016 and it was submitted on 17th may with the recognized service centre of motorola in shimla i.e. HTP COMPUTERS CHAUHAN NIWAS BLUILDING GROUND FLOOR, KHALINI, SHIMLA - 171002.
it was told to me that it will cost rs3500/- for screen and display replacement to which i agreed.
after multiple visits and calls to service center as well as tried to get readdress from different ways given on website i.e call or online chat.
later i was told that the cost of screen is now 4600 and if im willing i may respond .
to which i reported the matter to director service of motorola and till date all i have got is harassment and assurance from there side. i still dont have my device.

for a middle class student its not easy to afford a new phone within a year. it was my final law year and i faced a lot of mental harassment from there side to which i claim compensation of atleast 1,00,000/- and repair of my device on urgent basis
