Dear Sir,
I(Anil Pandey) was awarded a credit card number(4514 5700 2060 0527)by Axis Bank with limit of 50000 and after increased limit up to 150000/- .I was enjoying facility giving by credit card and i was paying minimum amount time to time. All of sudden in the year 2017 i have started to face financial crunch due to no source of income with me and i was out of job. Because of my poor financial condition i could not deposit minimum amount. Before one month some phone came to me from axis bank out source agency(agent namely(Rupali khirad) mobile number 8652833679 on my phone for settlement.
Sir, before three month i have gotten job in uttarakhand(distt. Kashipur) .Madom Rupali khirade toled me to deposit Rs.50000 immediately She pressed me hard. I was not in position to deposite , she tried to defame me to contact my junior and my senior many time. I am 58 years old person ,but she did not understand my problem and tried to mental torture me continuosly ,besides she used dirty words in her language many time, is it fare to defame any person?when he is in poor condition. I have borrowed some money with my friend and deposited till today 33,000 in the month of july. Sir i have gotten more over draft from my friends in last two years for my family survival so i have to pay every month some money to my friends also.
Sir, I am requesting you kindly take necessary legal action against that lady immediately because she is continuously torturing me on phone.,and also requesting you to wave off my interest and fix minimum monthly instalment Rs.8000/- per month.I can afford this amount with my existing capicity on the cost of my family survival. It will be your grace towards me. I will be much thankfull to you and honestly follow to pay minimum amount off Rs.8000/- monthly.
