Dear Sir
I am consumer of credit card of RBL Bank from last 4 yrs and they are keep charging me fee and extra payment on my EMI .
how can bank charge GST and extra FEE on EMI .
I have made lot of complaint of misbehaver and abusive talk by various bank official over phone for which bank already acknowledge same and apologies in written to .
Now again they have charged me extra on the name of fee and charges and without informing me my limit is also revised also.
I am mentality disturbed and harnessed due to which and getting losses to.
kindly help me and take appropriate action on same.
