i raised a complaint with in the warranty time, that time your customer care executive received my complaint and update me that technician will visit at your place.
He came and check that mobile is heat up up to 42% and battery also going to drain. And put a remark that Customer not happy after that i check the "track" status you mansion that Service engineer solve the issue, but he did not do any thing and why this thing mansion that " order is cancelled by me since i am not happy with service of this mobile ".
