I ordered some products with prepaid option from amazon app. One of the products of the order was sent through ecomexpress. On 18 oct i received mail that the product was delivered but i didnt received the product. I called many times to customer care service of ecom express every time they say to wait for 48 hours. Its already been 14 days. I still hvnt received my product. I need that product. Or my amount may please me credited back to me
