i sent a parcel from vempalli kadapa district to brodiepet guntur having 3 kgs weight contaning 6 hair nutriment boes and a protein powder , as the recipient is residing in the hostel i wrote the hostel address. the parcel was sent on 02/11/2018 and received as on 05/11/2018 by the warden of the hostel as on that time the recipient is not available. the parcel is empty. i lost all my goods. i several time contacted the employees of the couriers buy no respones
