My brother sent courier to me on dt 3rd of October,tried very hard to track the location of the same, called the customer service so many times, they had no idea about the courier, when one lady picked up my call she told the courier will reach kolkata by tomorrow the destination was supposed to be gurgaon they charged my brother 100 rupeese for the courier. Not at all happy with service of skyking, very poor quality of service, dissapointed with the kind of communication I had with the customer care people
