The consignment was given on 22/04.2019, which contained perishable items, and which was to be delivered from Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh to Barbil, Odisha. But the package is at Bhubneshwar hub from 24/04/2019.

When I had a talk to regional office Allahabad, they said that they cannot do anything about this, and also they have not yet returned the courier.
As previously stated it was a perishable item, so it is of no use now. The courier company has to compensate me for the loss of the product and also the mental harassment I have been subjected to from past 30 DAYS.
