I had sent my invoice bill value of Rs.30000/- through DTDC Courier on 12th September 2017 from Vijayawada to Ernakulam. They were booked and collected Rs.70/- with the consignment number H76202938. The recipients raised to ask me not received and immediately I went to courier office asked them to inform the issue. They are not properly responding. So I just want to file complaint against the DTDC Courier service. I had been struggled mentally as well as economically. In this issue I was loss 30000/- due to in time submission of invoice bill. Hence I request you please give me as an compensation of Rs.50000/- and other charges Rs.1500/- .

I have booked a oppo f3 plus mobile phone during offer period under buyback. After waiting for so much time, on 27th of this month the delivery boy approach me to deliver the product, but he is denied to pick my phone as he has a doubt about my be phone. He called someone and rejected to deliver my order. When i ask about the reason he replied that your phone is faded with color. But my screen is working fine and there is no touch problem. I have proved the same with that fellow. But the courier boy himself failed to prove my phone is not working. Just because of a small doubt he rejected to deliver the product.
Immediately, i have logged a complaint with flipkart customer care. Again today i. E. On 28th October one another courier boy approached me and again the same story repeats.
Today they have cancelled my order without my knowledge and consent. When I tried to seeking clarification in this regard they said that order has been cancelled by their courier partner.
I request you to proper justice.
