No tracing of my bike complaint against Gati courier ltd

I had send my bike through gati courier on 11th sep, from jharsuguda to guwahati. They assured me to reach it by 19 sep. More the 20 times I had complaints to its customere care but they are failed to trace my bike. Daily they are giving me time for delivering but not been resolved. So i just want to file a complaints against the courier service. I had been harassed mentally as well as economically. My daily loss is 10000 rs.
