My parcel RTO initiated without any reason and double charged, made double loss

I have joined the Shiprocket courier partner to ship parcel more convenient to customer, and recharge wallet as required , complete everything and create a pickup for a parcel on 21 Sep 2020, charge Rs. 50 for that parcel and 22 sep date given me for pick up but job not done, I called the company time given me next date 23 sep for pick up but, job not done, after call to company for this either pickup or cancel the pickup, next day on 24 sep, parcel pickeup and sent to next destination and on next day on 25 sep RTO initiated by Shiprocket without any reason, and charged again for RTO rs.46, after then call the company many times and many tickets created for the problem. Every ticket closed after some days and the parcel return me after 15 days, by this work I have lost the customer forever and my service downgraded not only lost the money but also my all hard work is gone in vain, after this I request to the company Shiprocket to refund the charges they just created tickets one after one and also closed after days as resolved but not resolved till now, I felt that this company just cheated me, and searched on internet and found that I am not a single person there are so many people made fool by this company and looted them, customer care trained for talk well mannered and create new ticket and promise to solve problem in next 24 hours but after that always found no service, every time

Now have some money in the wallet and some money for refund as freight and RTO Charges , I should either forget forever or file a case in consumer court.
Here My amount is very little for refund but a loss as customer service and name downgraded is big.

Please tell me what should I should to do.

    So.. I ordered boat airdopes 161 from the official site of boat and it said that the delivery will be done by 4th September. It's 8th September now and still I haven't received my product. I was tracking the product and it never reached to the place I live in and now it's in RTO initiation from 5th September. What should I do now? I have already paid for it and there's no option to cancel it.
