sir me arpan nag lost my wallet and had ordered for a new atm which the kotak mahindra bank sent on 17 april. on there website it was written my adress could not be found, in need of an atm card i went to there office which by the way is far away from my house. i was rejected the 1st time given reason as no staff...this followed up with me going there 4 MORE DAYS continuosly and they dejecting me for silly reasons. i mean i went 5 days and just heard stupid excuses. now they have sent my atm back stating my address was not clear. i called over phone there employee name jayanta was rude to me. i went through serious trauma and harrassment and want the right justice for me. my tracking no 35222610695
