Delivery to other state in case of important delivery and No response from DTDC

I have booked one courier containing my mother medicine from Delhi to Panipat (Haryana) 100Km on 11th Jan23 via DTDC having track no Z11243423
Till 15th Jan23 there is no updates available in DTDC portal for tracking and i have asked courier boy and he confirmed that packet will deliver by 16th Jan23
Further on 16th by 11AM portal showing packet delivered at Mumbai.
After that i called to DTDC customer care multiple times but after waiting call of 15-20 mins they disconnected and no revert on the same.
