Delay on delivery

Order was placed on 21st October and order got dispatched on 28th october, shipment reached Aluva delhivery hub on 3rd November after that the shipment stuck there, no proper updates, no reply for mail, no proper customer care support. Reply that they give is "will be delivered asap", "operational problem", compaint escalated to concerned team". Expected delivery date according to pickrr was 3rd November and in delhivery site they just keep extending the estimated delivery date day by day. Not yet received the shipment. Shipment is a "plant" and if it is spoiled by this time will delhivery give the compensation. Please help shipment is stuck for 15 days.
