Dear sir
i am using ertiga zdi since dec 2013 and and total running is about 50000 kms.i am facing issue of shifting gear 3rd to 2nd since 15 days and i visited service center also where they told me the expenses around 18000 including service and cluch plate.i discussed this issue with friends and family who are using ertiga since 2 years and everybody is facing same issue. if its product manufacturing fault thas it has to be fixed without cost to customer.i request to resolve the problem to the earliest.
IF YOU WANT I CAN PROVIDE CAR NOS DETAILS ,AT LEAST 10 CARS FACING SAME ISSUE IN MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS CIRCLE.
