Very bad customer service experience.

Whoever is handling this mobile no. 09335704646 doesn't know how to talk to an customer. Very very very bad pathatic worst service centre ever.

As a mumbai resident i came to my native in jaunpur. Due to some unfortunate my mobile fell and diplay broke. So i called jaunpur service centre there cell wasn't reachable. So i tried to call some other MI service centre which was in bhadhoi.

I just wanted to ask the person that my mi max fell and display got broke so can it be repaired in one day bcz i needed urgently and hop no one can survive w/o cell for one day. As some urgent call and msgs etc.

So the guy at cell no. 09335704646 strted arguing with me aare service centre and tho banega nahi kya lab lab and shits and was very roughly talking.

And said u sud call in jaunpur why the hell you calling here in bhadhoi.

As per mi xaomi wherever in india cell phone gets damage they can be repaired in any service centre.

And without listening customer problems how can someone talk so rudly and cheaply with a customer.

I have whole recording with me.

Will greatly appreciate if #mi #xaomi #redmi #pocco #mimax #miissue #customerservice #miservice centre looks into this.
