My name is Shivangi Mishra.they are calling me again and again. And throw a video consultation they said that they took emi only after my consent...but they fooled me...after taking my pan card number they sheduled emi 59000 for 9 months from hdfc bank without my consent by telling a lot of lies . please help me .as my first emi is rescheduled on 5 September....I highly request you to do something in my favour...... please help me.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from the company regarding my aligner treatment. Despite raising multiple complaints, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution from their end.
Since the 14th set of aligners, I have encountered significant issues with fitting, rendering them ineffective for my treatment. Despite my repeated requests for rescanning and issuing new aligners, there has been a lack of attention and action from the company's side.
