I am jagadeesh from Tanuku. I had purchased Sparx Chappals (RS.949) on 18/09/2020.Due to heavy rains hurrying I have not been observed Chappals color.When I reached home and next day when I noticed both Chappals are mis matching.Today morning I had approached shop owner they are saying we will not be able to take back those chappals.I am not asking my money back Just I am asking another Chappals.So I want to register the complaint against Popular Shoe Mart (Tanuku).Pls do the needful ASAP
