I've bought a smart watch from Snapdeal.
it's Xiaomi Redmi m3 wrist band
today i got delivered my order.
when i open I've got amazed bcz they show me on Snapdeal Xiaomi Redmi 3 but its Chinies Lefun Band in a Box of M3 Chinies band.
Order id was 28869685094.
Product Price was 2999 and they given Offer 72% Off
So paid amount was 448

    Faulty Washing Machine Haider Ali Ansari June 25, 2019

    I bought a brand new Whirlpool washing machine from Flipkart.
    However I the product delivered to me is a faulty and malfunctioning product.

    Even after multiple calls to their customer care number the product hasn't even been inspected.
    All they do is put me on hold and give me a new deadline to resolve the issue.

    What are my options here as a consumer to safeguard my rights and the make sure that the product I received is replaced or rrturned.
