non receipt of service from eureka forbes limited

i have purchased a purified filter form eureka forbes limited dated 06/01/2013.i have done AMC for the maintenance of my purified filter with them after my free servicing was over and i renewed it continuously. in spite of many call to the service authority we are not getting the services. the filter of the purifier has gone bad which is causing various suffering to our family.
