I purchased a bottle of Slice of M.R.P ₹35 from M/S MAA STORE. But the store owner charged ₹40 saying Freezing charge. Is it legal to take more than MRP or freezing charge? Moreover it is not in case of just the product I purchased. Even for other products also they charge for freezing. KINDLY TAKE SOME STEP. I am not claiming but step should be taken so that this doesnt happens any further.
