Damaged item sold and being in warranty period shop owner refuse to repair

Dear Sir,
I have purchaser a lady hand bag product code 10725 of Rs 1560.00 from shree leather shop Bank more Dhanbad on 26th of march 2018.
Hardly used 10 days found defect of stiching/pasting, been in warranty period I went to the shop and ask for replace or repair but shop owner had casually attend me and refuse to repair at this time and told me to come next day after 12 pm.
As per statement I went again to repair after One month this time he had taken the bag and told me to came after 15 - 20 days without any receipt. I in good faith handed over the bag to the Owner of the shop
Now on 1st of July 2018 when I reached the shop to receive the bag which was given by me to repair, the shop owner returns the bag in worst condition than earlier.
Having look the condition I annoyingly ask why this happened he denied to repair and told me complain any where you want to complain I will not repair or exchange this bag.
Please help me to get me the bag with good condition as well as ask for the compensation for harassment i have faced during more than 3 months.
