I was go to the samsung coustmer care raiigarh chattisgarh on 18 june of 2016 for softwere updation of my on7 samsung mobile but owner of coustmer care named mithilesh mishra was use falthy and abusing language and he denies to uptadetion of softwere without any genuine reason.
