dear sir,
i would like to inform you that i was Cheating, Professional negligence and deficiency in service by oneassist insurance company.

the matter is i have purchase oneassist insurance for my Washing Machine in Jan 2019, in march 2019 my machine giving some error so i have give complaint against my machine to oneassist customer care (Service Request No 4075812) one 20th March 2019, after 10 days they have closed my complaint without repair and make new (Service Request No 4110518) on 1st April 2019, and this complaint closed again without repair and make new complaint (Service Request No 4158008) and this complaint again without repair and again make new complaint (Service Request No 4158022) this complaint closed without repair my machine. in this complaint they offer me without repair machine returned and amount 4628/- send in my bank account, but in between i have suffered with mentally disturb and my laundry bill also very higher then they returned.
if they do not repair my machine so they can inform me on one week but they take aprox more then one month. in between we was very tied.

kindly request please do leagle action against the same because this is Cheating, Professional negligence and deficiency in service.
