UPS-Battery , I logged a complaint to luminous customer care

I logged a complaint to luminous customer care on 5th March 2019 for UPS issue. I have dialled almost 30 calls till now to both customer care and Bangalore service team. These supporting teams are not responding properly. In Bangalore (our area) there is an powercut issue and water issue which we are facing daily without ups we could not be able to manage my family not even single day.Please file a case againts luminous company.
