FRAUD ON LINE SHOPING complain against shoptohub.com

I have made online payment to Shoptohub Group (shoptohub.com) of Rs. 19999/- through ICICI CREDIT CARD on 29-02-16 with refno 5134836061116000211415 0n the link sent by shop to hub that http://secureebs.in/pg/ma/billing/action/view/i/f182b55b7cdc82719df2db2cbb85e8cfNTAwOTg4OTU=/ and the payment was credited to shop to hub through EBSCHARGE.COMMUMBAI IN, Merchant PAYMENT ID 50099458 dated 29-02-16 at 12:26:39 and MERCHANT REF NO 5432M2 I received a mail of payment confirmation as mail received below Dear Mr. Sanjay,Your payment for the Order with Reference number 5432M2 on the Merchant Website shoptohub.com has been successfully processed. and promised to sent the small items as which I hve received only few not all. when I enquire about this from Mr Manish who was the dealing executive he promise to send the same within 3-4 days. This is the time Fraud starts no item has come. I was promise to be delivered along with above items the following1 freez 354 ltrs 2 hp 5th generation laptop 3 sony 43’ led along with 8 years membership card through which i can purchase any item with 50% discount. which i have never received after that i have start requesting for refund and received false promises for refund as per conversation on mail and thousands of calls made to shop to hub attended by several executives like rahul, sameer then comes anil who shows himself as decision maker but all false promises here is the conversation on mails. The ask me tho return all small items sent by them which I have return Dear Sanjay, Finally, We have received your parcel in good condition but some products were received in used condition, through trackon courier and everything is ok and one thing we would like to inform you paid your total amount 19999/- to our merchant ebs but some of technical problems we can not refund through ebs payment gateway so it will be delay and we will fund transfer to your bank account on 5th May.
dear sir in continuation of our long Lasting telephonic conmversations and as per your instructions i have returned all the items recived by me in unused condition. and after receiving the goods you have told me through trial mail that you will refund me entire amount of rs 19999 plus courier charges by 5th of may but as per our tele discussion on 06-05-2016 you have refused to refund my entire money. in ths condition ihave no other option than to file a comsumer complaint with the consumer court along with a compensation of rs 5 lac against my mental harrashment.regds and thanks sanjay grover

this final confirmatiopn was sent by mr abhjit who is a fraud. i have start contacting him from 18 june to remind him for refund but no use only false promises. lastly i have contacted him on 25th june 16 for my refund he again shown his inability for refund and ask for 13 july 16 wheh i insisted he promised for 30-06-16 from 30-06-16 he switched of his mobile and all other nos of shop to hub are either not working or not replying .
even the owner of this fraud shop to hub. is no picking up his mobile details of owner are

Also help to stop this fraudulent practices adopted by shoptohub.com (Shoptohub Group) so that no other peoples of India will be cheated by them.
