Flipkart.com Rejection of refund request without giving valid reason

I marked return as it had fit issues. A smaller size wasn't available so I had to ask refund instead of exchange..the product I received was of different style from what I had ordered.The request got rejected giving some irrelevant reason. I had to mark for return again and it's still pending. This is cheating and unacceptable.Kindly look into the matter.

I asked for refund as the product I received was pink in colour instead of orange as mentioned in the description. The status is still pending. Kindly look into it and escalate the return.

The product I received had fit issues and smaller size wasn't available.the print was slightly different from what was shown in pic.. although that's manageable but the fit issue remains. The return request was rejected saying that 'your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD115471647753135000 with the product being intact' which doesn't justify the issue. The courier was obviously intact but that doesn't mean it was supposed to fit properly.
Kindly look into the matter and provide me with a proper resolution as soon as possible.
