Regarding flight ticket booking transaction from cleartrip app as a guest log

I was booking flight from CCU-HONKONG round trip on 25th June'17 at 15:34PM from cleartrip app as a guest log in and payment through paytm wallet but didn't got any messages and mail regarding booking.Also,my amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet of amount Rs 29749.Paytm as well as Cleartrip both were blaming each other instead resolving or refunding. I mailed so many times to cleartrip but no response in revert from them.
Kindly, do something for me.
