I Contacted with Vivek Lilladhar .His mobile number is 9447139396. Vivek showed me a sheet measuring 300 gsm on whats aap .He showed me the sheet with ISI marks .The four-layer, specially made sheet for fish farming has a 5 year warranty and UV coating. He sent a sheet of only 250 gsm.It was a black single layer sheet .It was of poor quality. It was the sheet used to cover the goods.
The Vivek Lilladhar did not respond when told of the defect of the sheet. Later he did not attend the call. Later, when I complained about the sheet to their customer care number (9539700922), the customer was told to return it. On September 10, I returned the tarpaulin via Alleppey Parcel Service. 12/09/20 The parcel was delivered to the office at Kalamassery. I called the Kalamassery branch of the allappey parcel service and inquired. They said the parcel had been delivered on 12/09/20. They admitted that they had received the parcel after sending that phone conversation .But to date they have not sent me a sheet for 300 gsm isi . It's been 30 days since I ordered 300 gsm sheet. Today I called the tarpaulin house 9539700922 several times but the phone was not answering. Later, when he called 9447139396, Vivek picked up the phone. He said he could not send the 300 gsm sheet .In that case I asked for a refund .But he hung up the phone .He did not respond to the call. The tarpoulin was sent from the Kalamassery branch of tarpoulin huose. No one answered the phone even though I called 7012484600. Up to the time of filing this complaint there was no response despite repeated calls to the 3 numbers of the shop called tarpoulin house. From this it is clear that the tarpaulin house was deliberately and deliberately deceived . For the time being I do not have the financial means to buy another sheet and move on with my project .Now my way of life is closed so I request you to take appropriate action on my complaint.
