NO REFUND AGAINST PRE DEPOSIT AMOUNT

I had booked a commercial shop in Gaur's project "City Center" at Gaur Chowk, Gr. Noida-West, on 20.01.2019 in the name of Shalini Garg & Pradeep Garg through the Agent of ICS - Mr. Gaurav Gujral and Rep. of Gaursons - Mr. L. P. Singh, for which I had deposited Rs. 10,000/- in cash by sweeping my SBI Credit Card vide Transaction ID No. 88253106 dated 20.01.2019. Later on I came to know that the Builder is not billing to provide me desired shop in the above said project, due to which I wrote email to them on 23.01.2019 that since I am not being allotted desired shop in the project, I do not want to continue with this dealing with them hence request to refund my Rs. 10,000/- deposited in cash by sweeping the Credit Card on 20.01.2019. I also requested them that at the time of booking the shop, I had submitted PAN & Aadhar, and photographs of self and my wife-Shalini Garg, which do not have any sense to keep with you hence to return the same back to me. From 23.01.2019 up to till date, I have requested them various times telephonically, personally as well as written various email but neither Agent, their Rep. and Gaur Sons revert back nor they refunded my pre deposited amount Rs. 10000/-.
In view of the above, it is humbly requested to kindly arrange for justice to me by refunding my pre deposit money along with interest, and all documents and they (Builder) should also be penalized for harassing any person. I am forwarding herewith copies of all emails and proof of deposit of Rs.10000/-.
