I had purchased Lee cooper shoes in month of August after using only for a month i had noticed an issue in it, I contacted Metro through mail on 28-07-2017, and submit the footwear for inspection after few days they informed me that you can collect replacement of your footwear.

To which i took replacement on 02-08-2017, this time I took shoes of METRO brand. I hardly use shoes for 6 months and i again faced an issue in METRO make shoes. I again contact the Metro through mail on 27th Feb 2018 and deposited footwear to store, after inspecting for few day i received a mail to collect again replacement for METRO make shoes.

I took replacement on 22-03-2018 (which was almost 1 month after raising my complaint). This time i again choose Lee cooper make shoes. After using it for only 2 month i noticed issue in Lee cooper make shoe which i have taken just 2 months before.


In spite of knowing complete history of my case (As i did all conversation through mail) METRO CUSUTOMERCARE is saying that“I had purchase shoes 8 months back and i am facing issue in shoes which i purchased on 8 months back” all though METRO ITSELF have given me a replacement for the shoes which i purchased on August.

I'm facing issue with shoes with i took as replacement 2 months back and METRO is not responding properly
