This is to bring under your kind notice that in the month of January, 2018, I received a call from a company named Solitaire Valley for booking of a flat, if interested, introducing themselves as Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna.
I was told that I need to make a down payment and the rest of the amount will be financed through a Government Bank.
The total cost of the flat quoted was Rs 12 lacs. I was asked to pay Rs 2 lacs, out of which I payed Rs.1,6700, a year ago.
It has been a year now but not a single room has been constructed by the company and in December , when I went to them, they were saying that they will go for a private bank for my finance, though I gave all the required documents, including my four years Form 16.
Also they said that they would start the construction when they would be getting money from the bank, which was not told to me earlier. They then said they would take another year for construction.
Now, when I am asking my money back, they are saying I will get only 10 percent of the amount deposited, as per mentioned in their brochure, which I could quite late, after the deposition of the money.
This is a fraudulent company, trying to extract money from innocent people under the name of Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna.
I would be extremely obliged if you could assist me in getting my hard earned money back.
