This incident took place in vijay nagar(GHAZIABAD) on 29th june around 1 am, Actually on 28tth june, i went to my relatives house for dinner and i reached my home on 29th june around 1 am, My phone was on charging and i picked my phone to inform them , that i reached my home, as i took my phone to call, suddenly my cell phone slipped from my hand and fell down, when i picked my phone, i saw its display is broken. As i have taken insurance in Airtel secure , i contacted them and told about the incident on the same time. Please go through with the attached pictures.
I am looking forward to get my insurance claim as soon as possible because in today's era, we do all our stuff from our handset.
I have tried so many times to upload documents on www.airtel.in, but it was showing an error, which is attached with this mail. Your executive said, once you will upload the detail, our claim agent will contact you and pick up the handset from your home, but till yet i didn't find any help from your end. Its almost 18days now, and i am not getting any helpful response. i am not able to use this device properly, I have paid for it from last 2 year, and now when i am in the problem, your team is not assisting me.
From last 12 days, you guys are asking me to wait for 24-48 hours, when you all will be done with your 24 and 48 hours?
Either you help me, or I'll go to consumer court with all the evidences.
