I went to a shopkeeper near to my room and asked for amul milk half ltr priced at mrp 20. When I gave him 20 rs he asked for rs.2 extra I declined he also refuted to give me the milk .then I told him that I will complain to consumer forum he mocked me saying call and say to come to me ..I felt ashamed among many of people . then I decided to complain .because its not about rupees , it's about dignified rights of me.
