This Complaint is in reference to you I have purchased a HP notebook on 18.06.2016 .From the Notebook, when i have purchased the Product display color is faded from the left corner bottom side (light black circle/excess light emitted from the bottom ) but now the color is change into Dark black circles.I know it’s the main reason of Your Product Quality Issue.
For the upper case i contact with HP Service Center Situated in Patiala Leela Bhawan . Person Came from Service center and takes photographs (during opening the notebook he trying topushing the display in very bad conditionand unfortunatly screw driver pushed on the Laptop display and found display defective , he ask will provide solution soon. Firstly he convinced me to replace the spare which are Cover under warranty , but m not ready for Replace the spare Because after two days Product Quality Showing Like this I don't know after two yrs. of warranty how it looks? After no Proper Solution Provided By Service Center I tries to talk with HP concerned Service center owner Mr. sanjay who gives different excuses daily from the Tuesday (21.06.2016) Not getting solution from the service owner i contact with Mr .Rajiv Gupta whose number is provided to me by HP contact center . on 22.06.2016 i told him to replace my Product Because i don’t want to be facing any kind of Problem in future ...Than Mr. Rajiv ask he need to be time of till day one or two for case study of the product issue .I have not received any call from him but after too much harassment i call him on 23.06.2016 and he said to me needs one more day to find out the resolution . i again contact with service center he said to replace the spare under warranty but as today 24.06.2016 when i called to him he told me that my Laptop(notebook ) is liquid damage.At Last I again call to Mr. Rajiv regarding the Problem and said to provide solution than he said my product is not under warranty and they are not responsible for the same.Than I contact with Mr. Alok batish , same words given by him to provide me the solution in two days.but after two days not getting any response i called upto him .finally he refuses for the same.


At Last now I Complaint to you to suipport me in replace my Product or repair my product under Hp warranty policy of one year as i just purchased five days before the notebook. I already totally harassed from HP Services & Response of employees…
