ShopCJ - Not providing refund for damage and wong product

Hi,
My name is Nikhil Kakkar. I purchased a product named Top Gear 5 Pcs Luggage Combo from SHOP CJ. I placed order on 7th March, 2016 and product delivered on 8th March, 2016, after opening the parcel I found the product in damaged condition and also the product was of wrong colour. On the same day of delivery of the product i.e. on 8th March, 2016 I lodged the complaint to Shop CJ for returning of the product and made request for refund.
The company/brand SHOP CJ didn't call me and every time I made calls to the brand and brand made excuses and asked so many times about the reason for returning the product. Company asked me to wait for 24 hrs but arranged the pick up of the product after four days after so many calls made by me to the brand.
On the day of pick up of the product I again called the brand as they told me to inform them about the pick up of the product and then on call one of the executive informed me to wait for 48 hrs and said that after 48 hrs brand will call me for sharing my bank account details for refund but i didn't received the call and again i start calling the brand and they keep giving fallse commitments.
Till date I have not received my refund and no single call has been made to me from brand.
Please look into this matter.
