RELIANCE TELECOM NOT DISCONNECTING MY NUMBER AND KEEPS SENDING ME BILL EVERYMONTH

I have disconnected and not using my reliance landline bill since last July. Rcom has not stopped sending me bill every month and they are giving me final bill to close the account after many many repeated requests.

Everymonth I receive a new bill and then continuous follow ups by they collection agencies. I am attaching the last month's payment recipt which customer care person told was a final bill and again I received a new bill today.
