Regarding not changing the Motorcycle battery during the warranty period.

Respected Sir,
My self Krishan Kumar, Village- Thanwas, District Mahendergarh Haryana, currently residing in Ramnagar Colony, Ward No. 3, Tasing Road, Behror Alwar Rajasthan. Sir I have purchased Motorcycle (Bajaj Platina 110 cc) from Bawal (haryana) on dated 16.09.2021. I have made the first service of my bike on dated 03.10.2021 from Bawal (Krishna Auto, Bawal) and I made second service on dated 20.03.2022 from Vijay Motors Behror, Alwar Rajasthan. After this service my bike was not running properly, therefore I made a visit at the Vijay Motors, Behror and asked for the issue of batter and Service on dated 02.07.2022. After inspection the staff told me that the battery of the bike has been deteriorated and suggest me to change the battery from the company as this was in the warranty period. After about 25 days I made a visit and asked for the status of the battery. They told me about the objection made the company that the battery charging dated is 18.10.2021 while bike purchasing date is 16.09.2021, hence they denied to replace the battery. Therefore it concluded that my battery has been got changed during the second service (20.03.2022) or third service (02.07.2022)Sir I would like to tell you that the battery of my bike has been changed during making the service. It also noted that the manufacturing battery installed at the time of service can only be available in the Bajaj Showroom only and it is not available in the market also. Inspite of these my third service record of the bike has also not been updated by the showroom (Bajaj Auto, Behror). So you are requested to resolve my matter and give me justice.
