Respected Sir,
Kindly do the need full action against the REDMI (MI) mobile company reason is that i had purchase redmi 5a mobile handset and after few month the my handset is occur some problem i visit on MI service center then the service engineer check my mobile and ask me there is problem in mobile mother board so if you want buy mother board then you have to pay charges. but the main thing is that my mobile phone is in guarranty period the why i should pay for. other day i went another service center which is situated in dalhousie road mahadev markit ananad telecom the response from the service center inchgarge as same the response i got from the service center situated in on dhangu road at earliest both service centers make me fool and demanding me money for repair of my mobile. i also lodged complaint on email but the problem is still on in this period i face alot of problem. i am physically handicapp 60% i face mentally harrassment please sir give me a fovour and sort out my problem as soon as possible
